Notes
This is a notes website with the name taken from a famous paper Live Not by Lies by Alexander Solzhenitsyn while being arrested on February, 12, 1974. Even if one was not to actively oppose ideology, and remain passive, one must never agree with what one knows to be a lie.
And therein we find, neglected by us, the simplest, the most accessible key to our liberation: a personal nonparticipation in lies! Even if all is covered by lies, even if all is under their rule, let us resist in the smallest way: Let their rule hold not through me!
